Is Shiseido lasting lift mascara ultra-recourbant waterproof? What is its main use? Like conditioner or longer or whatever...and how long does it take for it to disappear? Because it says 'lasting lift' so I'm just wondering if it only goes away wtih makeup remover...thanks. Also how do you put it on?

Kinda good waterproof. It makes your lashes real black and noticeable. It comes off somewhat easily. I just...put it on haha
